Looks like we've managed to rid the world of another Fakes seller as buyandsell10 is no longer relisting items.. trick is now to spot him quicker when he/she re-invents him/herself again as another name and report that asap!

Believe it or not he's just relisted a load of jerseys for another 10 days!! So much for ebay! Time for another moan at them I think!

I think you are sadly fighting a losing battle with ebay. The problem lies with Reebok in my opinion, they know that these are not legit jerseys and they should be contacting ebay - if they did they would be taken down straight away.

Yeah I realised that a while ago, and know I'm probably fighting a losing battle but I think after BillsFan had a meeting with Reebok it seems pretty obvious that they just can be bothered. So I'll just keep moaning and nagging and do all I can.

Lookslike the only way to get rid of Buyandsell10 is to actually buy a jersey, claim it back as a fake through ebay and paypal then leave neg feedback to advise everyone else of this issue.

Is anyone willing to take up this mantle as the seller has blocked me from making a purchase due to the emails I have been sending him concerning the selling of fake jerseys.

I was toying with the idea last week but was worried about not getting the Paypal back.

The way I see it is that they picture an NFL Reebok replica jersey stock photo and they are selling a fake sewn job.. so straight away its item not as described.

Just had a conversation with Paypal and if a seller states that the item is a "Replica", because Reebok who make the jersey are an american company this can also mean fake/copy over there, they can therefore get away with putting this on ebay and a buyer would not be able to claim anything back as it basically means that the seller is telling people that they are fakes by putting this. How mad is that!!

Think its safe to say that Paypal arent going to assist in this matter!

I dont think there is any company in the world that makes as much money from fake goods ( be it Jerseys, DVDs or anything else) as Ebay/Paypal.

They really should have to be more accountable.
