Need Help/Advice

I want to buy an authentic Matthew Stafford Lions jersey, and was wondering if the ones that the NFL Shop sell are exactly the same as the ones the players wear. Example, will the sleeve / under arm area (gusset?) be the same? Are the sleeves screened or are they stretchy knit material? I've seen purported to be authentic Stafford jerseys on the Bay, but the sleeve / under arm area doesn't seem correct.

No, you will get the standard Authentic jersey with the regular sleeves (see the gallery here). The differing positions on the field will have their jersey altered to suit their style of play, Linemen have their style as do the Running backs and the QB. The only way to get those style of jersey is to keep an eye out for Game or Team issued jerseys.

Ok, thanks! So it looks like the only way is to get a gamer from a scrub/ cut player (affordability factor, obviously) that wore that sleeve style, and re-letter/number it.
