| Hello, I was just wondering if the websites www.officialravensshop.com and www.officialravensjersey.com are legit because they have really good prices on authentic jerseys?
Thank you very much | |

| Nope - they're both fake. There have been a lot of "official shop" websites appearing recently, but unless you are directed to them directly from the team website, they won't be official.
Tell tale clues are:
1) No contact details, or an address in China; and 2) Grammatical errors (check the FAQ section on the second page for examples).
They're both knock-off Chinese sites, and you'd get a cheap counterfeit (if anything) for your trouble. | |

| My wife was at wits end, trying to find a black Ray Lewis jersey for me this Xmas.
Unfortunately for us, she discovered one for sale at officialravensshop.com, $70.
IMMEDIATELY after she provided the credit card numbers and confirmed the purchase, our credit card was dinged for multiple fraudulent charges and triggered the card fraud alert. Now that card is terminated, and we are waiting 5-7 business days for the re-issued card. And we're most likely out the $70 --- I share RJ3000's suspicion that nothing will be arriving in the mail.
Hopefully you will see this posting *before* you do business with this site.
It turns out that this site was in the crosshairs of ABC News, a month ago: abc2news.com/dpp/money/consumer/scam_alerts/website-fraudulently-uses-bbb-logo-in-effort-to-sell-ravens-jerseys
But alas, the site is still not shut down.
CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
