Hello All,

I have a general question. I read on another blog site, I believe it was Jersey-Central that over the years the quality of M&N jerseys has severely dropped, does anyone think that is so?

As well, I have a 1996 M&N Jerry Rice jersey that I purchased years ago from the NFL Shop and I love the jersey, but sometimes I am afraid to wear it, because I want to preserve it and I do not want to hurt the value. I bought it, probably in 2008 and wore it maybe 5 times, should I just wear it, or is it something better to frame or just leave hanging?

I'm an advocate for wearing them, it's what they are for and if you love it that much are you likely to part with it? As for the quality, well yes I suppose that it has dropped a little over the years, as did Reebok.

I agree you have to wear them. I have heard the same about the quality but I have a couple of Doug Williams and a Darrell Green from this era of made in China and they are very high standard, I love them.

You're right, I would never part with the jersey, but I never want to cause the screen print logo to peel or anything either, but maybe with the thickness of it, it will never happen.
