| For me its always taken 3 weeks. I've also had approx 85% chance of NOT paying the dreaded customs charge when ive got some bits from FF. | |

| Hope customs didn't grab hold of it. My Evans jersey arrived in the Uk on the 15th Dec, customs kept hold of it until the 27th! | |

| Yeah they did mate, unfortunately .
Had to pay £7.68 in VAT and £8 to RoyalMail for 'Handling Fees'
Don't know which charge was more of a rip-off!

| Royal Mail is the biggest rip off in my opinion. I don't mind paying customs charges, but £8 for the Royal Mail to pay the charge for you and take it to their depot | |

| Don't think it helped that it was sent in a massive box to be honest.
Had 3 UFC t-shirts sent before christmas and didn't get a charge at all and they were in a nice small package.

| Luckily it's a bit of a lottery. I've bought tons of jerseys over the years from the US and probably only had customs charges around 8-10 times. | |

| I will be ordering again so hopefully i'll get lucky next time Does annoy me though, wouldn't mind paying if i was trying to rip them off by importing something that i could easily get here. | |

| i know what you mean. I'd like to see all domestic (as opposed to business) international parcels pushed through customs, especially if it's clearly clothing. | |

| I don't think there should be customs charges at all on things like clothes. But hay-ho. Just the way it goes | |

| I would think it's a stock photo and they just haven't noticed they've put the wrong one on. | |
