Commissioner Goodell reinstates ex-Falcons QB Vick on conditional basis

NEW YORK -- Michael Vick was conditionally reinstated to the NFL by commissioner Roger Goodell on Monday, and the former Atlanta Falcons quarterback could play in regular-season games as early as October.

Vick can immediately participate in preseason practices, workouts and meetings and can play in the final two preseason games -- if he can find a team that will sign him. A number of teams already have said they would not.

this will be interesting i feel a few teams will be interested in vick.

No doubt. The Bills have been mentioned on NFL Network and he could give us another aspect to our game. Not sure if I want to see him in a Bills uniform. The jags have been touted as the most likely though.

Sporting News Today (free daily enewspaper) reckons 49ers are a good fit as their QBs are ropey and that Mike can keep him clean.

Also talk of him being used as a RB.

Yeah The niners would be a good fit and Singletary would keep him in line.

Can't see him as a RB. I'd see him as 3rd QB to start with.

I would want vick on my team he causes so many problems for defences he would not cut it as a rb though he fumbles to much.
