| Illinois Fighting Illini: Color, White, and Alternate football uniform sets (yep, the white jersey is a Vontae Davis gamer) Here's the new Illini home uniform kit vs. the old one | |

| That's amazing, DaaaaaBears! VERY nice collection! I need to get a blue PSU jersey, and the pants...I dunno, lol. Can't find those ANYWHERE, not even from the school's auction site. | |

| hey CatsFan,
If you're having trouble finding em I would suggest contacting the equipment staff directly. They've always got so much jerseys, pants, etc left over every year. Every school has a different policy; some are willing to sell this stuff to fans and some won't. Still, never hurts to try right?
As for me, now that I have the base uniform kits, I'm looking for the alternate colored pants. They're not used very often; they've only worn the alternate orange pants twice (both games ended in losses) and the alternate blue pants twice (both losses as well).
Interesting note... I dunno why, but it seemed that until 2007 Illinois barely ever used their orange jerseys. I say this because of all the jerseys I've seen on sale, >90% of the orange ones have virtually no impact marks or any other signs of game use.

Contact the school's athletic department...Now there's a thought; why didn't I think of that? Lol. Thanks! I've noticed too, even with NFL game worn jerseys; the alternate tops are used a couple times a year, and unless it's an every down player using the jersey, the use on any other gamers will be minimal to non-existent. The white pants you have pictured...I love getting pants or jerseys that still have grass stains on them. That really adds to the character of the item. I have a pair of white game worn Cal-Berkeley pants that show some evidence of grass staining, as well as two cuts behind the knee (back of the pant leg area), to alleviate the compression on the players' legs from the elastic. That's always great stuff to find!

| Yeah, I think one of em is actually a Rose Bowl pants. Can't tell which one tho since they don't do any alterations to the pants (only difference would be the bowl patch on the jerseys themselves).
Btw is that one of your PSU gamers in your avatar? I wore my Illini gamers around campus a lot but I haven't lately.

| Yes, that's one of my PSU game jerseys; that one I won off of PSU Auctions; I think the web address is gopsuauctions.com.
I also won a white #36 game worn jersey. Currently 36 is worn by our placekicker, though I have no idea if mine was used by him or not, but there's some good history to 36 vs 13, lol.
The pics of those two jerseys should be on-site somewhere.

Equipment staff eh? Has that worked for you? And roughly how much would they usually charge for a jersey? There are some cool college jerseys out there - they'd look good on my wall. ...now where did I leave the phone number of the Dillon Panthers' equipment manager...

| At some schools, the equipment staff will have merchandise sales sometime during the year. They have one each semester at my school and it's mostly retail merchandise they wanna get rid of so its super cheap. They won't sell helmets/pads because of liability reasons, but sometimes if you're lucky they'll have game worn jerseys. This will be your best bet Hahaha I could use an East Dillon Lions jersey. Sorry, Panthers just aren't the same without Taylor... | |

Its not a TV show its a documentary! One of my favourite programmes at the moment - very addictive. Sadly they only released the first season on region 2 dvd. Second season is on tv here at the moment, but I reckon I'm going to need to buy a dvd player and hack it to make it region free to get my fix of 'Lights
