I recently brought a jersey from stateside and after recieving it and doing some homework have found out it is a fake?? Have contacted stateside about this and to date they have failed to respond,, not happy nearly £100 for a top that isnt real????

Yeah that is fake and a bad one too. Numbers are almost reflective!

Have you tried to get a refund direct from paypal stating the jersey is a fake?

Hi Guys,

Just a quick heads up.... had a few words with my mate at Stateside and all his stuff comes from Reebok.

On a similar note, having had a few incidents with fake returns and now having spoken to him about this as well, it seems that people have started buying blatent fakes, then buying real authentics, saying they dont fit and sending the fake back.

Something to look out for boys and girls! And something that is going to make sellers in the UK think twice about even bothering with Authentics at all... which for all you enthusiasts out there is not a good thing!

Unfortunately i didn't pay by pay point, And i am still waiting to get anysort of reply from Stateside, I do understand the point about the fakes being sent back to the shop, However, that doesnt change the fact that i have been sold a fake jersey for nearly £100, and stateside hasn't had the decentcy to reply, Am now going to trading standards if i dont get a reply by wednesday.

Thanks Stateside for the 10% discount offer. It's a shame that you will not be stocking Authentic jerseys anymore. I can understand when you have people who are not being honest in their transactions. Personally, I would be very interested to hear Reebok's response to you.

Reebok uk are not offering Authentic jerseys this year - they will be offering premier jerseys for the 49ers and the broncos ( Montana and Elway) we have ordered these for the game in october. We speak to Ruth at Reebok all the time regarding these jerseys and i think that they agree with us that Authentics are a waste of time due to the price of them and also ebay FAKES pose a real problem with the price structure.
