Have you opened a case against him on ebay, or contacted them about the issue? If a case is filed w/ ebay the situation HAS TO BE RESOLVED, otherwise the case remains open. If you cannot communicate properly w/ ebay by e-mailing them try calling. This issue does seem to be odd since ebay resolves problems such as this. I'm curious to know what has happened if anything...contact me and let me know OK!? I've had a similar instance such as this and ebay took care of it for me w/out a problem.
