Im looking for a Barrett Ruud jersey.

I imagine a Tampa Bay one is easier to find but I'll also buy a Titans one.

Anything from a replica up, but replica is preferred, size L to XL.

The EQTs tend to run a size smaller, so 2XL is roughly equivalent to an XL in replica sizing.

For a difference of $10, I'd get the EQT.

The EQT in the seond one is pictured as a M, labeled as a 2XL, which one should I go off?

It's fine - the seller has this jersey in a number of sizes. It's pretty common for them to just include a picture of one sized jersey across all listings. EQTs aren't faked, so there's no risk of this being dodgy.
