Did Reebok even make this jersey being as it was his rookie year and he didnt play 6 games? Or do I have to wait for Nike to make this one?

I doubt that Reebok made Smith's jersey to be honest, there may be some customised ones out there but I believe that you will have to wait for Nike. | |
