Is this Steve Smith Giants jersey fake?

I bought this jersey on eBay a few years ago, so I wouldn't be surprised if it is fake. I have seen a good amount of fakes before, and this one does not seem as obvious as the rest. The numbers are not really shiny, and the numbers are not very bubbly, although they are a little bit. I believe that this is a fake, but I just want to confirm. The only real giveaway here is the NFL Equipment logo behind the neck tag.

You're right about the neckline being a giveaway. The embroidered NFL Equipment logo is one of the better fake ones I've seen, but there are enough subtle differences to tell it's fake.

Aside from the neckline, for me the most obvious thing is the jocktag. It's a 2007 jock tag, and some of the legit ones did not have the space in "NFLPLAYERS" so that on it's own wouldn't be enough to give it away as fake, but compare the NFL Equipment logo on the jocktag and the shape of the "4" to the legit ones:

Definitely not the worst fake jersey I've seen, but fake nonetheless.

RJ3000: I didn't even notice that the 4 on the jock tag is way to wide until you said something. Also, what problems with the NFL Equipment logo do you see? I think I might see a few there as well.
