Got In These 2 Player Issued Jersey's

I am pretty sure they are 100% legit. The feel, length, stitching, etc is good. Question is, neither have the year/size tag on the inside back collar. Is that something the equipment manager for the team does?

Unusual to see them without the year/size tags, I suspect the equipment manager does put them on.

This one is not team issued. It has a patch from 2004 where it is a 2001 Reebok. Also the number font is way off. Custom job for sure.

Oh crap, I see what you mean on the Garrett. Number font is way off, and it didn't hit me on the 2001 jocktag. I guess my next question is.... WHY?

This whole jersey is FUBAR like a soup sandwich. Looks like 2000 Puma Jersey number fonts, on a 2001 Reebok jersey, with a 2004 Anniversary patch.

Also, I do not know how much value this has as to whether or not the jerseys are real, but the on the patch on the blue jersey, the words "10th Anniversary" has small lines connecting the letters and I would guess the letters should not be connected.

The Landeta's a nice looking jersey - I have actually been looking for a white rams issued / gamer with the 10 year anni patch, albeit not trying very hard.

The Garrett is actually a retail authentic. Gamers never have the size / cleaning instructions on the neckline like that. Also, the 2001 jock tags on gamers have the size tag on a white label. Here is my 2001 Jags gamer (note the size in the neckline too):



As mrhead2k already pointed out, the font is off, albeit it looks to have been customized well. It's a legit jersey, just inaccurate. If it was described as "game issued" or anything to that effect then you have grounds to get your money back, as it's definitely only retail authentic.

I'm not too worried about it. I got it for 50 bucks, so I am cool with it. Strange though, it's customized with a no-name player
