Oh hell yea man...that is super clean! And like Simon said "super rare"...shoot that's a jersey I'd wear, and I'm not particularly a Ravens fan even though I supported them in the Super Bowl. For Ray Lewis goin' out a SB champ, my boy Jacoby Jones that went to my high school Marion Abramson High where I grew up in New Orleans East<(shout out!), and Ed Reed who's from Destrehan, LA where I presently live! That's why they've got dat swag...ha ha! Who Dat!?

That is a 1997 Starter jersey. From my understanding, 1996 was Russell, 1997 was Starter, 1998-2000 was Nike, 2001-2011 was Reebok, 2012 was Nike. I'm uncertain if the team played in Nike or Starters in 1998, but I know Testaverde was a Raven only for the franchise's first two seasons, which would place this as a 1997 jersey.
