Mitchell & Ness vs. Pro Line retired Jerseys

Hello,
has anyone experience with Mitchell & Ness or Pro Line retired Jerseys? They are the same price range (about 140$). How are they compared to the Nike Limited Jerseys?

I haven't bought one of these jerseys, the price range is similar to the limited range and as Reebok used to make a throwback range which was based on their premier jersey I suspect that the NFL is doing the same but using M&N. M&N are usually good quality, maybe someone who has one can tell us what they are like.
