Preseason has started and this is the thread for all your thoughts and views.
I'll kick off as I watched my Bills take on the Redskins last night. I say take on, but what I mean is get abused! 42 -17
I don't really hold too much by the preseason as it's a way for the coaching staff to evaluate their players. The Bills are in a restructuring phase with the defence going to a 3-4 and there were small moments of hope shown, Aaron Maybin managed to get to 3rd string QB Beck on a couple of occasions, but overall the Bills looked the same as last season. After a good 1st series resulting in a field goal, injuries reared their ugly heads again, seeing both Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch leave the game with injuries to hand and ankle, respectively.
It was strange to see Donovan McNabb in anything other that Eagles Green and he was used sparingly, throwing a TD and then leaving the game. Rex Grossman took over and he looked sharp with 11/18 for 140 yards and 2 td's. In all I think Redskins fans have something to look forward to this season, even with Albert Haynesworth only playing for the 2nd line D.
