Cowboys will not be wearing the blue jerseys this year.

Those of you who love the Cowboys’ blue road jerseys, you’ll have to wait until next year to see them.

As it stands now, the Cowboys will wear white in every game this year, except for the Thanksgiving Day game against the Saints when they’ll go with the blue and white throwback jerseys that they’ve donned the last nine seasons.

A lot of teams have started to wear white jerseys at home early in the season to beat the heat. But the Cowboys really don’t have any games where the heat will be a big factor. The first game is at night in Washington, followed by home game against the Bears that will be indoors, as will the Sept. 26 game in Houston.

It's to do with the weather at the start of the season. Most teams are going to wear their white strips at the start of the season to combat the heat. The Redskins are wearing their red strip at home, so Dallas will be in white, home games will be in white or the throwback, so the blue strip won't make an appearance.

Is that a serious question? lol. It has nothing to do with weather for the Cowboys, they always choose to wear their white jerseys, the only times they dont is when the other team forces their hand, (like the Bucs last year who wore white at home making the Boys wear the blues). Thats been part of the Cowboys tradition, I thought you guys knew that. And Billsfan, I know your from England, but "strip", really? This aint rugby or Aussie rules here LOL.
