It denotes an authentic or game jersey. Replica's didn't have the NFL collar badge. It's more likely to be a retail jersey rather than a gamer.

Wilson and Russell Athletic both made NFL Equipment logos which looked really cheaply made. I've seen worse than that before too. Starter, Nike, Adidas and Reebok all started making ones which are better quality.

I understand your concern as that's such a red flag on modern Reebok authentics, but it's just a vintage vs modern day thing. It's a legit retail authentic.
