Its legit. Its an authentic that has been customised at Athletic supply in Texas. My LA Rams jersey has it

Not much of a COA, but it's from the Children's Miracle Network, some charity thing RC did YEARS ago for them.

Is it off ebay? Usually charities on ebay have a bit at the top or bottom of the description stating that all the money goes to charity followed by the registered charity number
