The site is registered in the US and not China, so that's something. I doubt if it is selling genuine jerseys though, but I have no experience of them, maybe someone else has and can tell us.

There's no way to tell for sure without seeing actual photos of the jerseys they're selling.

My suspicion is that they are fake, just because there is no reason to sell jerseys of current players at a 20% discount as a baseline. There's just no way to do that profitably, unless you're selling fakes.
