I have a size 56 2001 helmet tag lewis that I would move, the 2001 jersey do fit smaller also.

Yes its an authentic, sized 46, in my opinion starter are the best quality jerseys

As I always confuse sizing of the older ones... size 46 would correlate to todays Reebok size...? Or roughly on "M", "L", "XL"...?

It is a medium and is roughly the same as a reebok 46. But the reebok sizes are terribly inconsistent.
