Welker 50th Anniversary Premier

I ordered a Wes Welker 50th Anniversary Patriots Jersey from jerseycommissioner. I know Premier jerseys are usually real and not counterfeited, but the swing tag was completely off. Here are some pictures, but I'm pretty sure the jersey is genuine. Also, are all name plates the same height and width?

Jerseycommissioner is known to retag his jerseys. I have no doubt that it's real, might have been preowned though. Not all nameplates are the same size, retail ones generally are as they are mass produced.

Ok, I was just wondering because the Nameplate on this jersey is wider than the one on my Maroney, which I bought from NFL Shop. Thanks.
