No fake, biggest giveaway is the sleeve stripes not being screened on, among other things.

Yep, Nightwish is spot on. The hologram is the wrong shape and style, the NFL logos are poorly done and as pointed out the sleeve stripes should be screen printed.

I feel like a criminal to wear a fake jersey although noone cares about it in Germany because noone knows American Football.

There's no doubt it's a fake. The other guys have already pointed out a number of reasons why, but look at the green and white stripes which run through the yellow elastic on the collar. It's squint, and the stripes don't even align properly at the NFL equipment shield. Here's a legit packers jersey for comparison for you:

You're all right. It's 100% fake.
I was able to compare the hologram with a real one and it looks faked, too.
