Possible Nike Elite buy.....help!

Below are photos of a nike elite jersey im looking at buying. The seller said his buddy got it for him and as far as he knows it is authentic. I have my thoughts on it after looking at the pictures but I wanna get a second opinion!

Actually this is an obvious fake. Ive confirmed it through looking at the pictures bigger on here.

Yes you're right it's 100% fake.

Both tags easily confirm it. I couldnt see it in great detail from my phone but now that its on here and im on a computer its very obvious. The stitching on the rubber NFL logo and the position of the neck tag as well as the stitching on the jock tag, all tell tale signs.

Looks like the person sewing that collar badge on was taking a few swigs of whiskey, I could sew that on straighter.

Haha right? I got my McCoy jersey in the mail today (nflshop)! Unfortunately its at the apartment office though and it closed before I got home today so Ill be picking it up tomorrow and do an unboxing video for youtube and throw some pictures up on here!
