Raiders jersey not sure if Howie Long?

Ok so got this Raiders jersey but it has no nameon the back (there is a nametag sewn on however) number is 75 which leads me to think its Howie Long. The brand is Russel and from what I am finding is they might have been making jerseys when Howie played in the early 90s, can anyone help me out to be for sure? And also does anyone know of a good place to get the nameplate made that will go with the numbers, they look grey with a slight silver shine to them. Also on fit definitely different than the Reebok Authentics has a more taylored fit to it.

That tag was used by Russell for a long time, from 1985 through to 1996 so it's right for Long as he retired after the 93 season.
