Mesh nameplate on elite nike jersey

Do you know where I can find mesh nameplate that can match mesh fabric of Nike elite jersey? If you know the name of the company that can do this kind of thing, can you kindly let me know? Reason for me asking you is that I plan to replace the name of the former player who was traded, with my last name and in bigger letter. Name sewn on elite jersey tends to be smaller compared to NFL player's name on the back. Hope that help. Thanks!
